My name is Aya Lynn.

I began my medical journey as an adult critical care nurse where I spent several years working with patients who suffered due to lack of support at the end of life. Witnessing individuals and their families struggle to have their minds, body, and spirit comforted, I often noticed only one or two of these were addressed, and I felt that I could bridge the gap for all three by working on my own. This is where I began to feel my life’s purpose blossom.

Further stepping into the abilities that I believe have been granted to me naturally I dove deeper into shamanic energy healing, pranayama, and breathwork facilitation. During the facilitation of my sessions, I operate from an open heart while providing a sacred space for transformative healing for individuals to come into alignment with themselves which fosters their intuition and allows them to flow gracefully into their knowing.

My Spiritual belief system has evolved over the years, as a child and into my early twenties my faith was solely based on a Christian type belief system. In my mid-twenties, I began to experience life differently, which expanded my consciousness and evolved my beliefs to incorporate the Science of Energy and how this is a foundation of the creation of the Universe and us as Spiritual Beings. In my early thirties, I began to dive deeper into the metaphysical world where I experienced a phenomenon that I had never noticed or been told about before. This was a new area of interest for me, and I believe at this point I am able to bring the Christian or religious faith system and merge it with the metaphysical realm that I hold so dear, with this in mind I am well-versed when speaking with individuals of different faith systems.
