Breathwork is an active meditation technique that employs a rhythmic breathing pattern coupled with music to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. Connecting to the breath allows you to cleanse your energy, process stagnant emotions, open your heart, and support you in creating a conscious, loving, and intimate relationship with yourself.

A guided journey deep into yourself where I may intuitively be called to use trauma-sensitive touch, with prior permission, to assist the body in producing a cathartic release.

A full guided session in the comfort of your space with the ability for me to see your body as this allows me to guide you through your journey adequately. You may utilize high-quality audio/headphones to make the experience more enjoyable.
